Veg kheema Bread RollRadhe Radhe !
![]() Yesterday Momsy insisted that it would be awful to get Braj-raj-prapti without tasting my Veg Kheema Bread Roll !! Well, she didn\'t put it THAT crudely. She said in pukka Vaishnav lingo, \"Mona darling, can\'t you see HOW sad Nitai-Gour are to leave Mumbai-dham without tasting your very own Veg kheema Bread roll ?\' So i stacked her tiffin dabba with rolls and kept enough raw ones for Shuk (my DH) also. This is the beauty of Kheema bread Rolls, You can keep them raw, and cook them in minutes, just before serving hot hot hot !!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will need - 1 cup soya bean chunks 7-8 Bread Slices Coriander leaves finely chopped Green chilies (chopped) Ginger - 1 inch 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 pinch asafoetida 1 tsp kasoori methi 1/4th tsp Garam Masala powder khus khus Oil for frying Green sauce Red sauce with paneer Rich buttered White sauce Preparation: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok till it smokes. Add the kheema-ed soya chunks and saute till deep brown. Add salt, ginger, coriander powder, kasoori methi, gram masala, green chilies and coriander leaves to the kheema-ed soya chunks, mix well. Add asafoetida after taking off from the fire. Take some water in a bowl and dip a bread slice for few seconds. Squeeze the water from the bread by pressing between palms gently. Place a tbsp kheema mixture over the damp bread and roll and seal the edges of the bread in such a way that the filling does not come out from any part of the bread. Repeat the same process for making more rolls. Roll the bread rolls nicely in khus khus. Heat oil in a kadhai and shallow fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve your Beloved Gouranga with hot bread rolls. Spread generously green sauce, then red sauce with grated paneer, and rich buttered white sauce. ![]() laali mere laalan ki, jit dekhoon tit laal,
