Sri Lil\u00e2shuk mused in his siddha-swarup<\/em> (as a sakhi<\/em>), “Sri Krishna\u2019s kaishor<\/em> as He sports with Srimati R\u00e2dh\u00e2r\u00e2ni, His lotus like face, His compassion, leel\u00e2<\/em>–kat\u00e2ksha<\/em>, beauty, fascinating smile \u2013 are all nearly impossible for me, it is very true.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In the s\u00e2dhak<\/em> state, when his Vaishnav companions saw how anxious Sri Lil\u00e2shuk was for Sri Krishna\u2019s darshan<\/em>, they advised him to see Sri Vitthaln\u00e2th or Sri Rangan\u00e2thdev. He replied, “Leel\u00e2<\/em>–kishor<\/em> Sri Krishna\u2019s lotus like face and profound compassion is not present even in Sri N\u00e2r\u00e2yan.\u201d The poet\u2019s associates asked him, “Sri N\u00e2r\u00e2yan is also an eternal kishor<\/em> and He too performs divine pastimes.\u201d Sri Lil\u00e2shuk said, “Yes, although Sri N\u00e2r\u00e2yan and other divine forms are eternal kishors<\/em> and perform nice leel\u00e2s, Srimad-Bh\u00e2gavatam declares only Sri Krishna as \u2018Manmatha-Manmatha<\/em> personified\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n
