This year we\u00a0had a mega dhamaka on Gour Purnima – much more than last year – remember when Neelu perfromed his mind blowing leela and wet the altar in not only his own house but also at his friend’s ? Well, this year he was a good boy – and why not ? Since it had already been decided to make him the centre of all attention. Here we are getting geared for the first bath – with Panchamritam. <\/span><\/p>\n

Milk-bath<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"

Ghee-bath is over - now for the honey-bath. <\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"

Time for all the fruit-juice baths - grapes, pineapple, watermelon, banana, chikoo, apple, mosambi, orange, musk melon and so on. <\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"

NOW starts the war.......and here you see the objects we are going to pummel. <\/p><\/div>\n

The ammunition ........<\/p><\/div>\n

The first attack - with dry gulal (naturally made , brought from Nathdwara)<\/p><\/div>\n

Second attack - with weapons shaped like syringes (lovingly called pichkari)And now you know why the Brahman is "concealed under screens", eh ? (screens of Gulal)<\/p><\/div>\n

Vaishnavs rejoicing after winning the war. <\/p><\/div>\n

....and when you remove the screens, what do you get ? Oh no !!! Neelu ! HIDE ! <\/p><\/div>\n
