Srila Bhatta Gosw\u00e2mip\u00e2d says, in the previous verse Sri Lil\u00e2shuk has prayed to the lotus-feet of Sri Krishna to sport in his heart.\u00a0Now by glorifying those supremely beautiful feet, he is expressing his innermost bh\u00e2v<\/em>. It is absolutely impossible to describe the sweetness of Sri Krishna\u2019s beautiful feet. The emotional poet is considering it his great fortune to get an inspiration of just a speck of the brilliance of one billionth of the sweetness of Sri Krishna\u2019s feet and is glorifying them with great effort. \u2013”mani-nupura v\u00e2ch\u00e2lam vande tacch\u2013charanam vibhoh<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. You may ask the word \u2018v\u00e2chal\u2019<\/em> (talkative) is a word used in bad sense. How can it be used in reference to the Divine Being?\u201d Well, in material context, it is a bad word. However, when anything and everything comes in contact with the supremely beautiful Divine lotus-feet – \u00a0<\/span>it becomes tremendously attractive and absolutely sweet!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The anklets become intoxicated on drinking the nectar of Sri Krishna\u2019s lotus-feet. Therefore, like sugary honey-bees, they are humming sweetly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“yadv\u00e2 mani-maya \u2013 nupura \u2013 v\u00e2ch\u00e2lam \u2013 bhushanam<\/em>\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meaning:- “Sri Krishna\u2019s feet beautify even the gem-studded anklets\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It means gem-studded anklets look best when they are on Sri Krishna\u2019s feet. We also learn from this verse that Sri Krishna\u2019s clothes, ornaments, garlands – all are conscious – and even they relish the sweet ras<\/em> of Sri Krishna !16.<\/span><\/p>\n
