India showcased on TV

Dear devotees, i received this message from sakhi Toongi just now, and am publishing it for larger viewership. Since i dont have a TV, i wish all of you great pleasure, and pl share with me what all u see and enjoy. Her message goes like this –

Public Broadcasting System is hosting a 6 part series on the history of India on television.
 
Showtimes and dates vary according to your area, so check them out at the website;
 
Tonight it aired here in my area from 9 – 11pm.  Reruns will show all week.
 
The series started last week, beginning with pre-history migrations from Africa to South India, the Harrappan/Indus Valley civilization, Chandra Mauryagupta, Ashok, the rise of Buddhism, the search for “soma”, etc.
 
Very interesting.
 
Tonight they explored the silk route and the “Gupta period”.
as well as the Kanishka period, which was headquarted in Mathura therefore Mathura wa showcased for about 15 minutes.  Even the facade of Keshavji Gaudiya Math in Mathura was shown, along with my old neighborhood inside Holi Gate, Vishram Ghat, some local Mathura basis were interviwed, etc. 
 
Brindaban was also shown, the doctor who cared for me during one of my bouts with typhoid – Dr. Liladhar Gupta and father were talking about Ayurveda.
 
Braj on TV!!!!
 
Rasa lila performance at Krishna Janam Bhumi was also featured.
