Radhe Radhe !!

The cupboard is spilling out with colors……… those that Shuk got from Nathadwara….the air outside my window is resounding with ARARARARARARA………..HOLI HAI……….. (must be the Bihari rickshaw drivers)….. i have already got ten litres of milk, maida, rawa. Gora had already stocked up on most of the groceries. 250 gms of 12 veggies bought. Dress is ready.

Now i have to make paneer, prepare the kheer (two types), halwa (two types), we have got all the fruit juices sorted out. Nirmol dada will bring pineapple juice, so i don’t worry abt that ! Shuk is getting the flowers tonight. (Jumbo sized roses included).

A transcendental phone caller from out of the blue  TOLD me what paath i had to do for Gour Purnima – “Bishnupriya Devi’s celebration of Gour Purnima” – so even thats decided (Great !!)  Honestly, i never thought i was going to feel SO excited ! yesterday night, four people met us and got themselves invited ( Gora makes bizarre things happen).  Well, not so bizarre – we’ve had sweet gatecrashers in the past too… 🙂 Waiting for tommorrow evening with bated breath !
