Ayyappa Festival

Ayyappa Festival was held in our colony on 2nd and 3rd Jan 2010. Ayyappa is the son born of Mohini Avatar of Sri Krishna and Lord Shiva. This Keralite festival is one of the purest poojas we have ever witnessed. The temple they make out of banana trees is trememndously remarkable. It is the finest work of art and the artists work whole night put together the pieces.
