We had visited Jhaamatpur on Ekadashi. The villagers wanted to treat us to a grand feast (when they heard we were Srila Babaji Maharaj's disciples). But we humbly declined stating that we prefered to take prasadam in Jaajigram (Srinibas Thakur's peetha-sthaan) in stead which would be our next stop.
Then the devout dhaamvaasis requested us to just plunder their sugarcane fields !!! They insisted that would make them very happy. Of course we laughed and declined. Then they stepped into the fields and broke many sugarcane sticks. They told us to have as many as we wanted. So all of us feasted on sugarcanes. Here we see DH biting into one such raseelaa gift :)))))))))
Ecstatic kirtan in Jhamatpur led by our god-brothers from Radhakund. The dhaamvasis of Jhamatpur were so thrilled to know that we were from Radhakund and that too majority of us were the disciples of Srila Babaji Maharaj. They extended a most warm welcome.
Every single person in Jhamatpur greeted us with loud "Jay Nitai" !!!! And this included the babies as well. Here we see three of them in front of Kabiraj Gosai's samadhi.
We felt blessed to bow our heads on them. The mandir was in a dilapidated condition. We collected quite a substantial amount and donated for its maintenance and seva to the old babaji who was serving so faithfully there.
