Meaning – Sri Guru-Purnimâ is such an auspicious day – it also happens to be Srila Sanâtan Goswâmi’s disappearance day – and hence we also call it as ‘Mudiyâ Purnimâ’1. Today, Nitâichând is worshiping Lord Goursundar in the courtyard of Srivâs Pandit, under the pretext of Vyâs Pujâ2.
Sri Ananta dâs is our Spiritual Master and he is the wish-tree of love and devotion. He is so munificent that he tirelessly distributes prem to everyone. We do not ask, yet he gives us such precious wealth, that even the material wish-trees cannot fulfill.
On this special occasion let all of us beg our Sri Gurudev, who is verily a kalpataru3, for just one blessing – and that is – O dear Gurudev, please give this unqualified child a shelter at your lotus feet. The servant of the servant of Srila Ananta dâs Bâbâji Mahârâj prays for this mercy alone.
